01 / The name
Five words. Each one is a claim.
An acronym is easy to write. These are the standards behind each letter.
-
Plate 1 / 5
Global
Not a claim about offices. A claim about the problem: every plant on earth runs on what the last shift remembered to say, and it fails the same way in every language. Software for that problem has to be built to travel.
-
Plate 2 / 5
Operational
Good software dies on the floor unless it was born there. Ours was. Designed on shift, tested on shift, by someone who has held the radio.
-
Plate 3 / 5
Logic
Order before intelligence. Equipment, people, then the record. Skip that step and AI is just faster confusion.
-
Plate 4 / 5
Enterprise
The whole operation, not a pricing tier. One record, from the first entry at the pump to the morning report upstairs. Truth shouldn't change as it climbs.
-
Plate 5 / 5
Management
Management is only as good as its record. Memory retires. Memory transfers out. Memory clocks off at seven. The record shouldn't.
In the old stories a golem wakes when one word is written on it: emet — truth. Ours is no different. Write down what's true at the moment of work, and the operation comes to life.
02 / What Golem does
Two kinds of systems. One rule: capture the work as it happens.
Lane 01 — Operations platforms
For the plant floor
Shift logbooks, handovers, tasking, and equipment history for heavy industry. The record is written at the moment of work, not reconstructed after it.
Lane 02 — AI service systems
For the front of house
WhatsApp concierges and document Q&A that answer from your own data — not the open internet.
03 / The work
The register.
The company whose method is the record keeps one of its own. Four entries, honestly stamped.
04 / The operator
Golem is built by Raymond Capisinio — a licensed metallurgical engineer with more than ten years running shifts in alumina and gold processing plants.
The software exists because the floor needed it. Every system here was designed from the shift, not from a spec sheet, and is run by the person who built it.
