What Golem does
Two kinds of systems. One rule: capture the work as it happens.
Everything we build starts where the work actually happens — the shift, the front desk, the inbox — and turns it into a record your operation can run on.
Lane 01 — Operations platforms
For the plant floor
Shift logbooks, handovers, tasking, and equipment history for heavy industry. Capture at the moment of work — the record builds itself.
Lane 02 — AI service systems
For the front of house
WhatsApp concierges, document Q&A, and automations that answer like your best staff member — grounded in your own documents and data.
The work
Built, running, and in the workshop.
Refinery OS
Our operations platform for process plants — every equipment defect and shift handover captured the moment it happens, so the history is always there.
refineryost.com → Open sourceDocs GPT
Grounded Q&A over your own documents — every answer traced to the exact source line, never invented. Built on Claude; bring your own key.
View on GitHub → Demo on requestWhatsApp Concierge
A front desk that never sleeps — tenants and guests message one number; requests become tickets with a full trail, answered in seconds.

Operations, people, and maintenance in one place for small industrial teams — the same capture spine, sized for an SMB.
The operator
Golem is built by Raymond Capisinio — a licensed metallurgical engineer with more than ten years running shifts in alumina and gold processing plants.
The software exists because the floor needed it. Every system here was designed from the shift, not from a spec sheet — and is run by the person who built it.

In the old stories, a golem is raw material brought to life by the right words. Close enough to what we do.
